Panda Express who?! my goodness... the portion here is ridiculous in the best way possible! we got 3 entrees: orange chicken, broccoli and beef and bbq pork over a generous amount of fried rice and chow mein for only $15!!! They even had to stuff the third entrees in another small box bc it didn't fit the takeout box since they don't skimp out !! this fed my hungry husband and I both!!! we were so full after this meal. It is honestly a bang for your buck! service was super quick and the staff was really friendly! ”

“ This is my favorite Chinese Food in the OC. It's Hong Kong Express in Costa Mesa. This place always fills your Togo box. My go to items are Orange Chicken and BBQ Pork. In addition, their veggie egg rolls are very good and larger than most Chinese food places. The portions is always good enough to feed 2 to 3 people. The service is always quick & friendly. The restaurant is clean & organized. Overall, food is really good and prices are still decent. ”

“ So worth it!!! We came at around 8:30 on a Sunday night just a half hour before they closed. They still had a good amount of items available but not all of them since their kitchen closes an hour before closing. We got the 2 entree/2 sides plate with chow mein as both entrees and orange chicken and eggplant tofu as our sides. Everything was so delicious and we got it for just $15. They packed our plate with so much food just like how we saw it on social media! The workers were really kind too even though we came so late. There is a bit of seating if you want to eat inside but I think it's better for takeout. Definitely come out here for some food Chinese takeout that's actually worth your money! ”

“ Omg I am so glad I discovered this place thank you tik tok!!! I went on a weekend morning at 11 am and got the lunch special, which is an AMAZING deal. You get chow mein and fried rice, one protein, one egg roll, and a drink for only $10. And the portion is HUGE. This meal lasted me 3 days. I loved the orange chicken so much, it was sweet and so crispy (I prefer over battered). The chow mein was also really good and not too salty like I feared. It had veggies in it like onions and cabbage but I really wish there was more! I love veggies in my chow mein. The egg roll was my favorite part- so crispy and inside was jam packed with veggies. Very easy parking! ”

“ Panda Express could NEVER! Hong Kong Express was a popular stop for my family while I was in high school. My older brother would bring some home for us after he got off work and it fed all of us. These portion sizes aren't just bringing value, they allow a family to dine together without going broke or hungry. I am truly grateful for the Hong Kong Express chain. Even then I come back and I see families ordering to eat together. I hope this business stays forever! ”
